The Mansion is an existential horror film inspired by Don't Look Now, Poltergeist, and historic mythologies refracted through Detroit. In 1712 over one thousand Fox Tribe members were killed by the French and their Ottawa allies in a swamp that is now the residential neighborhood of Windmill Pointe, an epicenter of affluence adjacent to devastated rural city. The cloaked killer moves quietly through empty alleys as blood oozes up through the grass and concrete. Don't look now!
